  • Typing data in from paper proformas (Data entry, ₹1,500 for the first 100 participants)

If you later take a journal manuscript of the same study, it is charged at the thesis rate (₹8,000), not the original-study rate.

Your results, as your data shows them

We report what your data shows. Objectives, hypotheses, exclusions and tests are never changed after seeing the results in order to reach significance, and results are recomputed from the raw data wherever we receive it.

Patient data comes to us de-identified, or we de-identify it before any analysis. Identifiers never appear in anything we deliver.

  2. Send your inputs

    Share what the service lists under “What we need from you”, on WhatsApp or a shared drive. Nothing is uploaded to this website. The turnaround starts when your inputs are complete.

  3. Delivery and revisions

    We deliver your files in one folder. Revisions to the agreed work are included for 60 days; department presentations include two rounds.

Questions residents ask

Can you make my results significant?
No. We report what your data shows. Objectives, hypotheses, exclusions and tests are never changed after seeing the results in order to reach significance.
What does the viva note contain?
For each objective, the test we used and why, in plain words you can explain in your viva.
My data is on paper proformas. Can you still help?
Yes. Data entry types the proformas into an Excel master chart with a codebook and checks a 10% sample for accuracy. Send clear scans with patient identifiers removed.
Is the statistician certificate the same as the analysis?
No. The certificate reviews the sample size in your synopsis, for IEC submission. The analysis is done later, on the data you collect.
Do you write the results and discussion?
Not in this service. You get the tables, charts, the methods-of-analysis paragraph and the viva note; the results and discussion are part of the thesis or manuscript.
