Thesis Support — Service Terms

These Service Terms govern AuraPharmLab Thesis Support — the academic support service for postgraduate medical dissertations offered at aurapharmlab.com/thesis. They are separate from, and in addition to, the site-wide Terms of Service. By submitting an enquiry, confirming a scope, or making a payment, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

AuraPharmLab is a brand of Harshad Ramineni Content Solutions (OPC) Private Limited, a One Person Company incorporated in India on 4 February 2026 (CIN: U74909MH2026OPC467411), based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. 2. What the service covers

Thesis Support is the fixed, full-thesis academic support service described on the thesis page for an MD / MS / DNB or other postgraduate dissertation. It includes:

• Research question, objectives and study-design guidance;
• Literature review;
• Sample-size justification, statistical test selection and analysis of your data;
• Drafting support for the introduction, methods, results and discussion;
• Vancouver referencing;
• Plagiarism checking; and
• Formatting to your university's and guide's template.

Website checkout covers this full-thesis service at the price shown before payment. Anything beyond it is quoted separately and paid through a secure Razorpay pay-link.

3. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate, genuine and lawfully-obtained information — including your topic, your guide's and university's requirements, deadlines, and any source data.
• Ensure that any clinical or research data you supply is real and ethically collected, with the necessary ethics-committee (IEC/IRB) approval and consents in place. We do not fabricate, falsify or invent data, results, patients or references, and we will decline any request to do so.
• Review and understand the work, seek your guide's input, and take final responsibility for what you submit.
• Respond promptly to questions during the work, as turnaround depends on it.

4. Turnaround

Comprehensive first drafts are typically delivered within 12 hours to 2 days after payment and receipt of all required inputs: your synopsis or protocol, data sheet, university format and any guide comments. Larger or more complex scopes may take longer by mutual agreement. Stated turnaround times are good-faith estimates, not guarantees; delays caused by incomplete inputs or slow responses are not our responsibility.

5. Pricing and payment

The standard price is ₹30,000. Any launch offer is shown on the thesis page with its end date, and applies to orders placed before that date. All amounts are in Indian Rupees. We are not currently registered for GST, so prices are not subject to GST. Pay for the fixed full-thesis service through secure Razorpay checkout on the website, then send your inputs by WhatsApp or email; an invoice is available on request. Anything beyond the service is quoted separately and paid through a secure Razorpay pay-link.

6. Revisions

Reasonable revisions needed to bring the deliverable in line with the agreed scope are included. Changes that expand the scope — new analyses, additional chapters, a change of topic, or reformatting to a different template — are quoted and charged separately.

7. Cancellation and refunds

• Before work begins: full refund.
• If we cannot take your thesis on after reading your paid order details: full refund.
• While work is in progress: a partial refund proportionate to the work not yet done, at our reasonable discretion.
• After a draft has been delivered: because the work is bespoke and non-returnable, fees are generally non-refundable; we will instead work with you on in-scope revisions.

Refunds are not available for dissatisfaction with an academic outcome (see §9), for delays caused by your inputs, or where you have breached these Terms. Refund requests: hello@aurapharmlab.com.

8. Confidentiality and ownership

Your topic, data, identity and the work we produce for you are kept strictly confidential. We do not share, resell or reuse your dissertation or data, and we do not display your work as a sample without your written permission. On full payment, the deliverables we create for you are yours to use for your dissertation; our internal methods, templates and tooling remain ours.

9. No guarantee of outcome

This is an academic support service. We do not, and cannot, guarantee any particular grade, mark, examiner opinion, guide approval, ethics-committee approval, acceptance, award of a degree, or publication. Such outcomes depend on your own work, your guide and your institution, and are outside our control.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AuraPharmLab (Harshad Ramineni Content Solutions (OPC) Private Limited) is not liable for any indirect, consequential or incidental loss arising from the service, nor for any academic, disciplinary or institutional consequence arising from how you use the deliverables. Our total liability, if any, is limited to the fees you paid for the specific engagement.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra. Please raise any issue by email first — hello@aurapharmlab.com — before escalating.

12. Referrals and coupons

Each paid client receives a personal referral code. A friend using it receives ₹2,000 off the full price, and the referrer earns a ₹2,000 bonus payable by UPI once the friend's draft is delivered. The bonus is void if the friend's order is refunded before draft delivery. If a refund happens after a bonus becomes payable or has been paid, the bonus is retained.

Referral codes and coupons apply only at full price, while no launch offer is running. There is one saving per order: a group, a referral code or a coupon. Self-referral using the same email address or mobile number is not allowed. Coupons may have an expiry date or use limit. We may end the referral programme for new codes at any time.

13. Group savings

When group savings are running, anyone booking full-thesis support on our website can start a group or join an open group. Everyone pays the full price first. A group opens when its creator's payment is confirmed and accepts members for 14 days. Your thesis work starts as soon as you pay; it does not wait for the group to close.

The saving for each counted member depends on the number of paid members when the group closes. At the ₹30,000 standard price:

• 3–4 members: 10% saving — ₹3,000 back each.
• 5–9 members: 15% saving — ₹4,500 back each.
• 10 or more members: 20% saving — ₹6,000 back each.

Only website orders that are paid and not refunded when the group closes count. Test orders cannot start or join groups and never count. Fewer than 3 counted members means no group saving. The saving is calculated from each member's paid amount and rounded down to whole rupees.

After the group closes, savings are refunded to the original payment method, typically within 5–7 working days. A refund after the group closes does not change the saving for other members.

One saving applies per order: a group, a referral code or a coupon. Groups cannot be started or joined during launch offers. We may stop new groups and joins at any time without affecting open groups or their savings.
